Exploitation of territories

Many plots that are located outside the boundaries of settlements are provided to the population for agricultural needs. These, in particular, include territories that have a fertile layer. Clause 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law of June 11, 2003 No. 74-FZ “On Peasant (Farm) Economy” provides for the possibility of constructing buildings, structures and structures necessary for the peasant (farm) economy to carry out its activities in the case of the provision and acquisition of land plots from agricultural lands and lands of other categories.
