In addition to the main advantages, when using this method you also save. There is no commission for transfers for the Internet, mobile and landline communications, and television. But for utilities and other services the commission varies between 1-2%. This applies to traffic police fines, which are consistently 30 rubles. This approach will be able to increase the percentage of our compatriots who make payments online.
How can I pay:
- bank card;
- Yandex wallet;
- cash in Yandex, Sberbank or Euroset terminals.
How to top up your Yandex Money wallet account in Belarus
This will allow you to pay without commission in electronic stores directly from it, without replenishing your Yandex.Money account. If payment from a linked card is possible, then a choice of payment method will be available - from a linked card or directly from a Yandex.Money account. This is the procedure for verifying your identity in Yandex.Money. If you have already gone through it once (by any method other than payment through Euroset or verification at the Equifax bureau), then you can simply copy the data from one wallet to another.
Some fagots in Belarus wanted to donate money to SAMP on web money, but they have their own problems there. I don’t even want to go into kiwi. Only Yandex did everything, but for those in Belarus, supposedly temporarily in the terminals there is no fucking Yandex. And I still have a question: how to deposit money for donation in SAMP. How how how how.
Mobile bank
Some people confuse the concepts of “Mobile Banking” and “Mobile Applications”. What is Mobile Banking? This is a way to perform certain operations with your card/account by sending an SMS message with the required text to the bank.
In order to use this service, you must have it connected. How to find out? Call the branch of the servicing bank and check whether you are connected; if not, a bank employee will instruct you.
It may be connected online, or it may be that you will have to contact the bank with the appropriate application. Each bank is different.
It helps to monitor the status of your bank card. However, it must be used with caution, which you can learn from the video.
Let's consider the procedure for paying utility bills from Sberbank. To do this, you will need a mobile phone and your individual payer code (it is indicated on the receipt) .
Let's look at the example of the EIRC.
- We create an SMS request of the following type: EIRC 1930055692 and send it to number 900.
- We receive a response from Sberbank with information about all your utility debts, the amount due, the amount of the payment commission (if any) and the transaction code. Sberbank may request information from the EIRC for a period of up to 12 months.
- In the reply SMS we send the transaction code to the bank.
- We are waiting for an SMS notification about the successful completion of the operation.
Simple, fast, comprehensive information about current debt, minimal transfer fee.
Work principles
The user deposits funds into his account using any of the methods possible in the system. At the time of payment for a product or service, the system sends electronic money from the user’s account to the store’s account. Having received electronic money from the user, the store presents it to the processing center to confirm the possibility of its use (reliability). Having verified that the money has not been previously used and is genuine, the processing center confirms its solvency to the store and sends a “receipt” to the buyer. At the same time, funds are debited from the user's account in the processing center and credited to the store's account. Having received confirmation of the authenticity and payment of electronic money, the store sends a payment receipt to the user’s wallet and carries out the service or provision of goods.
All these procedures are performed almost instantly and unnoticed by the user.
When transferring from one account to another, a commission of 0.5% of the payment amount is withheld from the sender. The commission for withdrawal of funds is 3% (+15 rubles for non-cash transfers and for withdrawals through loan repayment forms).
The system automatically debits funds (to wallet accounts.
Protection code
A protection code is a way to protect a money transfer made by one user of the system to another. This is a four-digit random number. It can be communicated to the recipient by email, sent as an SMS, or simply dictated over the phone. The recipient will see the protected transfer immediately, but will be able to use the money only after entering the protection code. If the recipient enters the wrong code three times in a row, or the payment has expired, the funds are returned to the sender. The payment validity period is set by the sender and can range from one day to a year. The protection code can be used, for example, when the sender doubts that he entered the recipient's account number correctly. Using the protection code is free for both the sender and the recipient of the payment. The protection code allows you to partially compensate for a significant drawback of the system - the lack of information about the recipient.
Payment methods for housing and communal services in 2020
In 2020, payments for housing and communal services can be made in several generally accepted ways:
- In bank branches (Russian banks currently accept payments for all types of housing and communal services):
- for heating;
- for the light;
- for water supply;
- for drainage;
- for gas;
- for removal of household waste;
- for the services of the company that manages the residential building as a whole.
- Using payment bank terminals (due to its simplicity, this method remains quite popular among older Russians), but such payment is always made only with a commission through non-cash transfer of funds.
- Services of the Russian Post (such a commission-free service is available not to all Russians, but only to clients of Sberbank and Bank of Moscow; other banking institutions require small commissions for their services).
- Through self-service banking machines (they will also charge a commission percentage, most often it is 1.5% of the transferred amount):
- ATMs;
- depositors;
- information kiosks.
This nuance should be taken into account: when paying for housing and communal services using the fourth method, there will be no commissions only if the funds are transferred by bank transfer from the consumer’s bank card to the account of the supplier company.
- Using the Internet - online non-cash payment services (the payment procedure is carried out quickly and without commission or interest):
Experts warn: regardless of the chosen payment method for housing and communal services, always try to print out the receipt and save it. This is necessary to confirm the completed transfer of funds from the consumer to the service provider. The check must be kept for three years. Such a time period is not accidental; it is limited by the expiration of the statute of limitations - Civil Code, Article No. 196. If a housing and communal services service provider files a claim in court for non-payment of consumed services, then the consumer can always present a receipt as proof of his honesty. This situation is possible in two cases:
- funds were mistakenly received not to the supplier’s account, but to another account;
- The non-cash transfer is stuck in the banking system.
Therefore, it is best to save all receipts for payment of housing and communal services for at least three years to confirm the payment has been made.
