I always pay for water and other utilities through Sberbank. It is very comfortable. You go into the office, find the bill payment point and find the organization that provides you with services. Then you see your personal account and address. Usually everything is already displayed there automatically, including how much you need to repay for the past month. Click pay and confirm your actions. This connection can be used if you need to connect a metering device to one or more apartments.

Although the receipts may differ in patterns, I repeat, they are quite clear, just read the columns and everything will become clear.

Today, most residents need to give meter readings through their management company. In 99% of cases, a responsible person is selected at the entrance to do this, who will record and send all the necessary information on cold and hot water within the established time frame.
