You will not be able to obtain information from the UNITED REGISTER in the following cases:

you do not have a personal military personnel number;

The procedure for recognizing a military personnel as needing housing.

The procedure is established by the Instruction on the provision of residential premises under a social tenancy agreement to military personnel undergoing military service under a contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. When the application is approved, information about the serviceman and family members is entered into the system by employees of the Housing Distribution Department in the Moscow Region. Data verification and processing take a certain amount of time. The timing of adding a serviceman to the register depends on the number of applications being considered.

The received personal number is the password to enter your personal account in the CABINET database. MIL.RU (https://cabinet.mil.ru.).
