  • There may be several candidates for the position of building manager. The candidate who receives the majority of votes is considered elected. If there is only one candidate, then elections still take place;
  • the voting results are documented in the minutes of the general meeting;

  • if a sufficient number of votes are not obtained, the election procedure may be repeated at the next meeting;

How is the election of the house chairman carried out?

The chairman of the house can only be appointed as a result of a vote of the owners of residential and non-residential premises of an apartment building. This can happen by:

For the elections to be recognized as valid, the participation of at least 2/3 of the owners is necessary. Tenants are not entitled to participate in voting.
